OK now the swing arm and rear motor mount needs bolted on to the frame. Nicely painted by Phil. Cleaned up the bushing sleeves nicely in my media tumbler. Put the rusty bolts nuts and small chrome pieces in there and let it vibrate for a few hours and everything comes out pretty well polished and clean.
Check out the triangle gussets under the lower shock mounts. This bike is built well for rough motocross use. Also notice the dual grease zerks on the pivot tubes for the bushings.
Looks good. The shocks are off a Sherpa T. Just temporary at this point to hold the swingarm up. I greased the pivot bolt and bushings well before installing. Need to find the correct bolts for mounting the shocks too. Until next time.
